I am a PhD student in history, art history and archeology at the University of Gdańsk, I am writing a doctoral dissertation on witch trials in the 15th-18th centuries. I am mainly interested in Vistula Pomerania, although of course I am devising and presenting the subject of witchcraft and witches in various contexts, time and place.
I have received a scholarship from the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage twice. During all my years of study I receive a scholarship for the best UG doctoral students.
I base my scientific work on preserved archival materials kept in the collections of the State Archives.
I published 12 scientific articles on the topic being developed, I gave many lectures from university departments across the country. The largest of them are universities in Kraków, Lublin, ToruÅ„, Warsaw and in Wroclaw. I received 6 grants for my own research, I participate in two international scientific projects, one of them I manage personally.
